ALPHA PHI

The Annual Red Dress Gala is our biggest philanthropy event of the year, held every fall semester. This past semester, the event was hosted at the Marriott Hotel near the UMD campus. This is a special night for our chapter, in which every sister and their family members join together to support a wonderful cause. It is tradition that every sorority sister wears a red dress to represent our support for Women’s Heart Health. We have guest speakers, raffles, silent auctions, and a live auction at the event as well as a catered dinner for each guest. This year, we raised $17,000 to be donated to the Alpha Phi Foundation, and we hope to raise even more next year!
