"Studying abroad in Rome was -- without a doubt -- one of the most life-changing experiences I'd ever had. Not only is Rome the world's most beautiful city (it's a fact), it was the perfect place to study international relations, my second major, and explore the world. I spent my five months there roaming ruins, eating pasta, searching for the best gelato, drinking wine, riding mopeds, discovering art, speaking Italian, and just living a life very few people are lucky enough to experience. That's not to mention the 10+ countries I travelled to on the weekends, which included Morocco, Greece and Portugal. Though I went without any of my best friends or sisters, I was lucky enough to come back with friends in other sororities that I will have for the rest of my life, and I was able to visit my sisters on our weekend trips -- we spent St. Patrick's Day in Dublin together, and I showed them around when they came to Rome! If I had to give one piece of advice about going abroad, it would be: GO!"

"I caught the travel bug when I visited Germany and France with my family in 5th grade, and ever since then it had been my dream to go back to Europe and stay there for an extended period. I was lucky enough to be able to live and study in Rome for 5 months, and it was hands down the most amazing, terrifying, wonderful, eye opening, and life changing experience. I got to explore a new part of Rome every week through my art and history classes, and then I got to travel and explore a whole new city every weekend. Roma will always hold a special place in my heart. As Caesar once stated, “Veni Vidi Vici"."
